The term ‘Rung Dey’ can be found in almost every major mystic, religious and wisdom tradition throughout the world, spanning all ages. It points to a shift in human experience/realization on the levels of perceiving, feeling & understanding. One learns to align/submit oneself to a higher dimension of life and experiences the entire world as a whole-a single, rhythmic, effortless flow of Totality.
This prayer shifts human consciousness from complexity towards simplicity towards our Essentiality. One starts experiencing existence as one organism- where everything is interconnected.

Rumi describes it beautifully in these words:

“This is love:
to fly toward a secret sky,
to cause a hundred veils to fall each moment.
First, to let go of life.
In the end, to take a step without feet;
to regard this world as invisible,
and to disregard what appears to be the self.

Heart, I said, what a gift it has been
to enter this circle of lovers,
to see beyond seeing itself,
to reach and feel within the breast.”

This body of work is a deeper representational understanding of prayer and meditation for those of us who are now mature and conscious and have the courage to dive within to understand the ‘true meaning’. A distance-less path where one(me) tries to understand oneself and the Supreme One(God/Reality) with which one is trying to connect. Along the way, one also understands what the connection feels like when all dualities and vibrational effects are removed and what pure love (attention) feels like without these subtle veils of thoughts and emotions. This purity of love (attention) is the force that can heal our wounds and results in the transcendence of body, mind, and world.
