I have spent the last 45 days of lockdown in three different cities, Ithaca (NY), Stow (OH) and Marquette (MI). Traveling is tough right now but in my case it has to be done. The legal system is shutdown till further notice and I cannot NOT see my kid, so I drive. I wash my hands obsessively, sanitize them, wear masks, change clothes every time I come back from outside, wipe every surface diligently and pour over NY Times all day. It is hard to be motivated with all this happening and even harder to turn off the noise. For me, the one way to not think about COVID – 19 is to take pictures. And I am returning to the basics…I am following the light! So what do you do to shut off the noise? And stay motivated?
