USMAN SAEED
Based in Lahore, Usman Saeed is an artist, gardener, researcher and educator. He works from home in his garden-studio called ‘Bagh e Sadia’, named in the memory of his late mother. His ongoing series ‘Gardenfinds’ brings into focus nature, its subjects and subjectivities.
Usman graduated from National College of Arts, Lahore in 1999 and from Royal College of Art, London in 2006. Part of several public and private collections, his work has been shown widely in solo and group exhibitions in Asia, Europe and North America.
