In these lock down times I suddenly realized that it had been a while since I had seen the morning light. My fascination with light woke me up real early so by 630 or 0645am it’s softness revisited me. I had been missing my daughter so her old doll now bathed in the morning glow was put to life like status intermingled with memory and love

The view from my window. Our dedicated maid servant having a conversation with her son. The darkness around her seems like the barrier of imposed partition from the world. A conversation in the covid light
